〈論文・報告〉工業高校における職業指導・キャリア教育の現状と課題について 〈PAPERS and REPORTS〉The Current Situation and Issues of Vocational Guidance or Career Education in Japanese Technical High School 四海, 飛鳥 シカイ, アスカ 永添, 祥多 ナガソエ, ショウタ Vocational guidance Career education Guidance counseling Fostering of teachers Teacher training Technical high school Parents Family Community Human resources 〈Abstract〉To support our survey, we interviewed some teachers in Japanese technical high schools and analyzed some of the previous researches and works as to when and why “vocational guidance or career education” was introduced and how they are taught in Japanese technical high schools. Hopefully, we can show some issues and some effective operational methods in the future.We tried to clear the difference between our conventional educational system which reflected the characteristics of Japanese companies’ recruiting procedures like “new graduate recruitment “ and the advanced educational system corresponding to current radical social changes like various recruitment system.We are now facing some serious problems in Japan, including a declining birthrate and a decreasing older population. We keenly feel the need for the “next education system” in order to keep up with such current social changes.
