〈論文〉大都市圏郊外における買い物弱者問題の一断面―泉北ニュータウン赤坂台住区での実態調査から― 〈Articles〉A “Food Desert” in the Suburbs of a Megalopolis: Evidence Obtained in Questionnaire and Interview Surveys 髙橋, 愛典 タカハシ, ヨシノリ 浜崎, 章洋 ハマサキ, アキヒロ 久保, 章 クボ, アキラ 田中, 康仁 タナカ, ヤスヒト 買い物弱者問題 大都市圏郊外 ニュータウン アンケート調査 まちづくり [概要] 近年，わが国でその存在が社会問題となっている買い物弱者は，全国で約700万人，あるいは約910万人にものぼるといわれ，対策が急がれている。本稿では，大都市圏郊外のニュータウン（大阪府堺市南区の泉北ニュータウン赤坂台住区）において，高齢者クラブの会員を対象に2015年に実施したアンケート調査およびインタビュー調査の結果をもとに，買い物弱者問題の実態を把握することを試みる。そして，当地の実情に合う対策案について提言を行い，その後のまちづくりとしての買い物弱者対策の展開を追う。 [Abstract] The aim of this paper is to develop the solutions for the “food desert” problem in Japanese suburb of megalopolises, especially in the areas called “New Town”.
