          <datacite:description descriptionType="Abstract">研究成果の概要（和文）：野生型マウスとklothoマウスではアディポネクチン遺伝子に発現に有意差を認めなかった。LPS誘導性TNF-α産生は分泌型α-klotho蛋白存在下では抑制されず、FGF23存在下に有意に増強した。FGF23はα-klotho蛋白の存在の有無にかかわらずTNF-α産生を促進するよう機能している可能性がある。klothoマウスでは、TNF-αの過剰産生が創傷治癒遷延に関与している可能性が考えられた。
研究成果の概要（英文）：Expression of Adiponectin mRNA was not significantly different between wild type and klotho deficient mice. LPS-induced TNF-α production was not suppressed in the presence of Secreted α-klotho protein but was significantly increased in the presence of FGF23. Thus, FGF23 may have a function to promote TNF-α production independently of α-klotho protein. In klotho deficientl mice, excess production of TNF-α in wounds might cause delay in wound healing.</datacite:description>
