サービスの競争アプローチにおける組織と顧客 Organization and Customer in Competitive Approach to Service 竹田, 育広 タケダ, ヤスヒロ metadata only access サービスの競争アプローチ 物財とサービスの競合 サービスとサービスの互換 サービスノウハウ 消費の優位性 コンテクスト志向のソリューション革新 顧客経験の管理 【概要】本稿はサービスエコノミーの本質ならびにサービスの多様化によるサービスプロセスで果たすべき組織と顧客の役割関係の変化に着目しながら, これらを包括的に分析するフレームワークとして競争の観点からサービスの体系化を試みる。 と同時に, サービスの競争アプローチに基づいた組織のマーケティング戦略についても検討を加える。 特に, これからのサービスエコノミーおよびサービス・マーケティングはサービスどうしの互換に基づく競合関係を理解したうえで成立すると思われる。上記の関係から導かれる帰結としては, 1)消費の優位性2)コンテクスト志向のソリューション革新3)顧客経験の管理からなるサービスノウハウの形成が重要となる。 【Abstract】 This article formulates the competitive approach to service by focusing on nature of service economy and impact variety of services on role relationship of organizations and customers in service process, and examines marketing strategies of service organization based on it. Especially, compatibility with service—to— service will be the key to understand service economy and services marketing in the future.
