〈論文〉ロジカル・シンキングとしての3分割法 〈Articles〉Tri-partition Tree Method as Logical Thinking 市毛, 明 イチゲ, アキラ ロジカル・シンキング ロジカル・コミュニケーション ロジックツリー 3分割法,MECEの法則 寺子屋式Eラーニング 問題分析テンプレート [概要] この論文の目的は, 今から40年前に筆者が考案した3分割法の紹介である。 ロジカル・シンキングの重要なツールとしてロジック・ツリー・チャート法がある。 筆者はロジック・ツリー・チャート法より効果的な3分割法ワークシートを開発した。 多くの近大経営学部の学生とともに幾多の実験を通じて, 筆者は3分割法の改良を重ねてきた。 彼らは3分割法の効果を実感し, 「市毛マジック」と呼ぶようになった。 近大退任(2005)後, 数多くのビジネス・パーソン(社会人)にEメールを使って3分割法を教え始めた。 現在その数は500人を超えている。 今の筆者の急務は, 3分割法を数多くの人に知っていただき, 指導する後継者を育成することである。 [Abstract] The purpose of this paper is the introduction of SANBUNKATU-Hou(Logical Thinking Tri-partition Tree Method) which I devised about 40 years ago. Logic-Tree Chart method is an important tool of Logical Thinking. I developed the Tri-partition Tree Method Worksheet that is more effective than Logic-Tree Chart. I had improved it through many experiments with the many students of Kinki-University Business Management course. They realized the usefulness of Tri-partition Tree Method and called it `Ichige Magic' . After my retirement(2005) from Kinki-University, I began to teach Logical Thinking Tri-partition Tree Method to many business persons using E-mail system. At the present time, the number of them reached over 500.
