タクシー市場に対する規制政策の検討 A Study of Regulation Policy in the Taxi Market 後藤, 孝夫 ゴトウ, タカオ タクシー市場 規制政策 規制緩和 再規制 [概要] 本稿は, 流し営業と無線配車といったタクシーサービスの違いに焦点をあてて, わが国のタクシー市場に対する今後の規制政策について, 経済学的に検討することを目的としている。本稿の背景には, 2002年の改正道路運送法施行によるタクシー事業での規制緩和から2009年の特定地域タクシー特措法施行という再規制までの, わが国のタクシー市場における規制政策の変遷がある。なお本稿の構成は, 以下の通りである。2節では, わが国および諸外国でのタクシー市場に対する規制政策について整理する。3節では, タクシー市場の規制政策に対する経済学的な検討を行い, わが国での今後のタクシー市場の規制政策への示唆を得る。 [Abstract] This paper aims to survey the literature about the case studies and the theoretical analysis of the regulation in the taxi industry.
