細菌の感染と共生における消化管の糖脂質受容体と細菌の糖脂質抗原の役割 Role of the glycolipid receptor in the digestive tract and bacterial glycolipid antigen in bacterial infection and symbiosis 岩森, 正男 イワモリ, マサオ 共生細菌 グリセロ糖脂質 スフィンゴ糖脂質 自然抗体 TLC-免疫染色 細菌受容体糖脂質 GA1のフコシル化 ABO血液型ヒト血清 研究成果の概要（和文): 免疫不全scidと対照マウスの腸内乳酸菌は全く異なっており, scidはL. murinus, 対照マウスはL. johnsoniiであった. 対照マウス盲腸, 結腸内容物は固形であるのに対し, scidは水分が多く, 下痢状であった. 抗原糖脂質を解析したところ, LJはGalα1-6結合を持つLacTH-DGとLacTetH-DG, LMはGlcβ1-6結合を持つLacβTH-DGを含んでいた. LacTH-DGとLacTetH-DGに対する自然抗体の結合活性はABO血液型糖脂質に匹敵していた. 一方, LMが優勢菌種となっているscidではGA1のフコシル化が促進しており, LJの結合が妨害されていた. 研究成果の概要（英文): Intestinal lactobacilli in immune-deficient scid mice were distinct from those in control mice, i.e. L. murinus (LM) for scid and L. johnsonii (LJ) for control, respectively, which were closely related with the loose and solid properties of the caecal and colonal contents of scid and control mice, respectively. LJ contained LacTH-DG and LacTetH-DG, both of which were modified LacDH-DG with Galα1-6 linkage, whereas, LM contained LacβTH-DG modified LacDH-DG with Glcβ1-6 linkage. Since natural antibodies toward LacTH-DG and LacTetH-DG were frequently detected in human sera, irrespective of ABO-blood groups, in the similar intensities as those toward blood groups- and species-specific glycolipids, immune system is involved in the establishment of symbiotic relationship with bacteria in the intestine.
