We are collaborating to establish a method to search for allosteric regulators that control the fluctuations of their target molecules using our method that combines NMR and computer science. As a model target molecule, we have performed molecular dynamics simulation calculations and basic data analysis of ENTPD5, which is one of the proteins related to the common metabolic state shown by
