| 内容記述 | 研究成果の概要（和文）：本4年間の研究課題においてインドネシア企業の社会や環境への影響の情報開示に関する開示制度や、最近の企業の開示状況と課題を明らかにした。また、わが国とインドネシアのこの分野の法制度状況を比較し解釈し、わが国によるインドネシアへの投資が、将来、インドネシアの情報開示の法規制の変容に影響を及ぼす潜在的メカニズムについて、制度理論の同型化プロセスの枠組みをもとに分析した。研究課題の研究成果を論文11本と報告3回で公表した。研究成果の概要（英文）：This four-year research project examined Indonesian laws and regulations concerning disclosure of information on the social and environmental impacts of Indonesian companies' activities, as well as clarified the current corporate status and challenges of the area. This research also compared and interpreted the legal contexts of Japan and Indonesia in this field, and analysed the potential mechanism that future Japanese investments in Indonesia will affect the changes in Indonesian laws and regulations by using a framework based on the isomorphism of institutional theory. The results of the entire research project were disclosed in 11 journal articles and three presentations. | |||||
