However, career formation and work are the rights and responsibilities of all people, regardless of their disabled or non-disabled status. Investigation is required regarding how to perceive people with disabilities and their careers. Furthermore, disability status can change as people with disabilities become non-disabled and people without disabilities become disabled; namely, the \" person\" changes. Understanding these changes is an issue for career formation.
