Almost half of high grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) have disfunction of homologous recombination repair which is one of DNA repair pathway. We have analyzed genomic data of HGSOC to quantify the degree of intratumor heterogeneity and homologous recombination repair deficiency (HRD).
