But qualitative analysis of Japanese agricultural structure movement using this method has not been attempted. In this paper, I discuss how to apply graph theory for the movement process of this kind, and I show some calculations relating to \"transition path\", \"reachability\" and \"distance\" between farm households stratified by size of cultivated land area in the Kinki Area, Japan. In particular, I propose to calculate a \"probabilistic reachable matrix\".
